I used to ask my friends for every little choice, now I just flip a coin.
Back in college, I'd send a group text for stuff like 'should I get pizza or tacos' and wait for votes. About a year ago, I got a silver dollar from a flea market in Austin and started using it for decisions under $20. It sounds silly, but it saves so much time and stress over tiny things. What's a small choice you've stopped overthinking?

Honestly, that's genius. I started doing the same thing with a quarter for stuff like picking which errand to run first or choosing a streaming show. It cuts out that weird mental loop where you spend ten minutes debating two things that don't even matter. My rule is if I feel disappointed by the coin's choice, I just do the other thing. That's how you know what you really wanted anyway.

Totally get that. I bought a cheap six-sided die and roll it for things like which shirt to wear or what to make for dinner. If it lands on an option and my gut reaction is "ugh," then I know to pick something else. It basically outsources the small stuff so my brain can focus on things that actually need thinking about.
