Shoutout to the sticky note on my bathroom mirror that beat my phone reminders
Everyone says phone alerts are the best way to build a habit, but after missing my kid's school pickup twice in one month, I taped an index card to the bathroom mirror last March. I wrote down just the two things I kept forgetting that day, and I read it while I brush my teeth. The phone alerts got swiped away without me even seeing them, but that card stares at me every morning. Has anyone else found that low tech beats the apps for this stuff?
