Why does nobody mention the 2 minute call back trick to skip the phone tree
I got stuck in a 40 minute hold loop with my internet provider last Tuesday and almost hung up. Then I tried calling back and pressing 2 for billing instead of 1 for support, and a real person picked up in 90 seconds. Anyone else got a button combo that actually works?
