That $40 extended warranty finally paid off, 3 years later
I bought a floor model air conditioner at a big box store in 2021 and added the $40 protection plan even though I usually skip those. Last month the compressor died and the store actually honored it, sent a repair guy out in two days and I only paid the service fee. Has anyone else had a store warranty come through when you least expected it?
