Heard a cashier at Kroger in Dayton tell a lady "that coupon expired yesterday" and the whole line went quiet
I was standing in line with my $14 worth of stuff and watched this lady try to use a $2 off coupon that had expired one day earlier, and the cashier just said it flat out with no apology. The lady got red in the face and left her whole cart there, and honestly the cashier could have just said it nicer or called a manager over. Does anyone think stores should still take coupons a day or two late, or is that just how it has to be?
