Showerthought: using a level to check your hook block for twist works better than eyeballing it
I was fighting a twisted load line last week on a Grove RT530E in Houston and wasted 45 minutes trying to straighten it by sight. Finally grabbed a 4-foot level off the ground and checked the block face - twist was gone in 2 minutes with a boom adjustment. Has anyone else figured out a cheap trick to save time on rigging?

Smart trick, beats walking around squinting at a cable for sure.

Keeps you from having to dig through the whole rat's nest too.
