Saw a harbor crane setup in Baltimore that had me taking notes

I was down at the port in Baltimore last month watching them unload a cargo ship and the way they had the boom rigged for the wind was totally new to me. They had the load chart marked for 28 knots and the operator told me they swap to a shorter jib config in about 40 minutes when it picks up. Has anyone else run into port jobs where the wind limits change your whole pick plan mid-shift?
