Microwave popcorn hack finally fixed my burnt bag problem
After ruining 3 bags in a row last month, I started putting the bag in sideways so the unpopped kernels sit at the bottom edge near the glass. Worked on the 4th try and no more scorched smell in my kitchen. Anyone else do something weird with their microwave settings for snacks?

The sideways trick is exactly what I needed, I always thought it was bunk till now.
