My site boss hated tech until I proved him wrong with a simple app
Honestly, he used to yell about phones on site and stick to paper logs. Tbh, I sneaked in a free project tracker app during a slow week. We started logging material deliveries right from our phones, no more lost sheets. Ngl, he saw how fast we caught a delay and now he asks for app updates. It cut our morning meeting time down a lot.

Those shorter meetings must feel great. Nothing wins over a boss like showing them results.

That shift from hating tech to asking for updates is so real. @the_ryan is right about results winning bosses over, and it goes way beyond work. You see it with people who refuse smart home stuff until they try a light that turns off by voice. They just need to see the actual fix for their own problem before they let go of the old way.
