I tracked every crew hour for one week with a $15 app and found 9 wasted hours
I run a small framing crew in Boise and for a long time I just went off my gut about how long stuff takes. Last week I finally made everyone clock in and out on their phones with a cheap app, and the numbers were brutal. Turned out we lost almost 9 hours in 5 days just walking back to the trailer for tools we forgot and waiting on lumber that showed up late. Anybody got a better way to catch this stuff before it happens instead of after?
