Finally got my uncle to admit the moon landing footage looks odd
We were at a family cookout in Toledo last Sunday and he started his usual bit about the flag waving. I calmly pulled up the NASA technical report about the flag's support rod on my phone. He read it, got quiet for a minute, and then just said 'Huh, that does make more sense.' Didn't fully convert him, but he stopped calling it fake and moved to 'maybe they faked some parts.' Anyone else have a small win like that with a family skeptic?

Try asking why they think the government would fake it but also keep the secret for 50 years. That usually makes them pause.
