Tbh, it took me 3 months to realize the bus schedule app on my phone was set to the wrong city.

Three months is actually pretty quick. My buddy had his weather app stuck on Phoenix for over a year. He kept wondering why our winter forecasts looked so mild. Apps just run in the background and you forget they're even there. It's easy to miss when the default settings are wrong from the start.

Reminds me of when my maps was stuck on miles instead of kilometers. Drove me nuts for weeks until a friend pointed it out. @oliver_anderson is right, you just stop noticing the defaults.
