Dropped $60 on a bus pass that barely runs on Sundays

I bought a monthly pass from the city transit here in Milwaukee thinking it'd save me money over daily fares. First Sunday I try to use it, the buses come every 90 minutes if they show up at all, and I waited 45 minutes in the cold before giving up. Has anyone else bought a regional pass only to find out the service is basically a lie on weekends?

Call the transit board directly, skip customer service... they cave faster.

Yeah, did you try calling their customer service number? I had the SAME issue with my pass here in Chicago last year and it drove me crazy. I ended up getting a partial refund after I complained to the transit board directly, not just the customer service line. They sent me a check for like $15 after I sent them screenshots of the schedule and my wait times. It wasn't much but it felt like a win. What really helped was checking the city's social media for the weekend service alerts before I left the house. Sometimes they post last minute cancelations there that the official app doesn't show until way later.
