Bus driver who takes the long way every morning is secretly my favorite person

Three years ago I moved to Austin and started taking the 803 instead of the 801 because it adds 12 extra stops, but last week I realized I've been reading twice as much and actually enjoy the slow crawl past the river, so why is everyone else always complaining about route delays when that extra time is the only quiet part of my day?
