Showerthought: the old timers I worked with in Cleveland never let us caulk a joint the same day we taped it
Took me 6 years and one $4,200 callback on a strip mall facade in Parma to get why: the tape needs a day to cure or the caulk pulls away from the corner when the building moves. Anybody else's crew still rushing that step to hit a deadline?
