I used to think tilt-up concrete was just for big warehouses
Honestly, I saw it as a cheap, fast way to put up a box and that was it. Then I was on a site in Austin last year for a two story office building, and the super there, a guy named Ray, showed me the whole process. He walked me through how they cast the panels with custom reveals and even some basic stone texture right in the formwork. He said, 'The trick is in the planning, not just the pour. You can get a real finished look for about 15% more than basic panels if you design it right.' That one walk changed my whole view. Has anyone else used tilt-up for a project where looks really mattered?

You're asking if that's good looking?
