I finally compared pizza at old comic book stores to now.
The slices got bigger but the vibe is different.

Kinda better" is how you see it, but here's my take from chasing that old feeling. Those old stores had this cramped, cozy feel where you'd eat a slice while digging through bins. Now everything is too clean and open, it loses the magic. My advice is find the spots that still have posters peeling off the walls and a cheap slice deal. I stuck with this one place that feels like a time warp, their pizza is okay but the vibe is right. You just gotta know where to look.
