Just realized the coffee shop in the old train station uses a different water filter system than everyone else in town.

You said they use a different filter system than everyone else. That's probably not true. Most shops don't have a single town-wide system. The place by the library uses a basic carbon filter, and the chain downtown uses a multi-stage system. The train station just has a visible unit under their counter, so you notice it.
