Feedback from one customer changed my whole pour over routine

Last Tuesday a regular at my shop told me my bloom was way too fast, I was dumping water in like 10 seconds. I slowed it to a full 45 second soak and the cup tasted sweeter, no joke. Has anyone else gotten picky feedback that actually made their daily brew better?
