Visited a shop in Phoenix last week, their tool setup blew my mind

I stopped by a production shop called Precision Edge near the airport and every single machine had the same brand of vise and toolholders lined up perfectly. The foreman told me they spend 2 hours each Monday just checking and cleaning all the tooling. How do you deal with guys who leave tools dirty on a Friday?

Precision Edge" huh? I still find dried coolant on Friday tooling every single week.

Friend of mine had the same issue with a different brand, coolant would bake right onto his inserts by Thursday. He tried switching to a mist system and it helped a little but the mess was still there on Fridays. Finally he just started wiping down the tooling at the end of each shift, annoying but it's the only thing that actually worked.
