That old Speak & Spell still works, and it's still brutal
Found my 1982 Speak & Spell in a box at my mom's place in Dayton last weekend, put fresh C batteries in it and that thing still runs perfectly. I thought the voice would be hilarious after all these years, but it actually made me spell 'aardvark' wrong twice and I felt like I was 8 again. Anyone else go back to an electronic toy and find it's way harder than you remembered?
