Shoutout to the guy in front of me at Target who convinced me about those reusable produce bags
I was stuck behind him at the self-checkout, and he had a whole set of those mesh bags for his apples and peppers. I always thought they were a hassle and just used the plastic ones. But he told me he's been using the same set for over a year, and they just go right in the wash with his towels. He said his weekly plastic bag use dropped from like 15 to zero. It seemed so simple when he put it that way. Anyone else make a small switch like that after seeing someone else do it?

Ever try those silicone lids for bowls instead of plastic wrap? Same kind of game changer.

My kitchen drawer is full of those stretchy silicone lids now. They actually stay put on weird shaped containers, which plastic wrap never did for me. Total game changer, you're right.
