A cook at my local diner said my $6 lunch spot reviews were useless because I never mentioned portion size, now I bring a kitchen scale
Honestly I was writing up cheap eats for 2 years in Louisville and a line cook finally asked me how many ounces the $7 meatloaf was, and I could not answer him, so now every review gets weighed on a $12 scale before I post.
