Home inspection called out two bad circuits, cash offer came through anyway
I was sitting in my car outside the house in Fresno when the inspector told me the panel had two dead circuits and knob and tube in the attic. I called the buyer, explained the $4,200 fix, and he said he'd still pay asking if I knocked off $1,500. We settled in 20 minutes, closed 2 days later. Anyone else had a buyer stay firm after a rough report?

That $1,500 knockdown sounds like a deal you both could live with, glad it worked out. Buyers who don't flinch after a bad report are rare, so props to you for keeping it clean and getting it closed fast.
