Guy at the county auction in Mesa last month offered me $8K cash on the spot, then tried to hand me a 'deposit' on a napkin
He pulled out a folded paper with no name, no number, and asked me to sign it right there in the parking lot. If a cash buyer won't put their info on paper, what's your move, walk or call their bluff?
