Serious question, why does nobody tell new hires to write down what they got wrong?
I started keeping a running note on my phone back in March after my principal asked me why I kept making the same mistake with our grading software. I wrote down every single error I made that week, all 14 of them, and realized 9 were the same two clicks in the wrong order. Two weeks later I stopped asking our front office how to fix it, and my coworker noticed and asked what changed. Turns out she had been quietly keeping the same kind of list for years and just never mentioned it. Does anyone else do this, or am I just late to something obvious?
