Shoutout to the old Coleman stove I found at a garage sale in Boise. Used it on a 4 day trip and it boiled water faster than my newer one.

Ever wonder why they don't make stuff like that anymore? My dad's old camp lantern still works better than anything I've bought new. They just built things to last back then.

That's the survivor bias thing though. We only see the old stuff that lasted. All the junk from back then broke and got thrown out.
