My phone's work Slack pings me about daycare closures at 7 PM, then I'm checking personal emails during a Tuesday morning standup. I took a work Zoom from my couch in pajama pants while my dog barked at the delivery guy. The line isn't just blurry, it's completely gone and we're all just living in the smear.

How do you even turn off anymore? I had a full client call yesterday while unloading my dishwasher, just praying they didn't hear the clanking. It feels like we're all just on call for everything, all the time.
