Finally fixed a shutter I've been avoiding for months

Honestly I kept putting off this old Canon AE-1 with a sticky shutter. Turns out it was just dried up grease on the curtain mechanism, cleaned it with lighter fluid and it's firing perfect now. Has anyone else found that 90% of these old shutter issues are just old lubricant going bad?
