Just hit 15,000 cable terminations and it hit me different

I was counting up my jobs from the last 6 years for insurance and realized I've done over 15,000 terminations. Made me think about all those early days when I'd mess up a keystone and have to redo it 3 times. Anyone else keep a mental tally of their work milestones?

That 'hit me different' line really got me. 15,000 terminations is wild, but it makes me think about how the stuff we repeat over and over is what actually forms our identity. Like, I notice this in my own life with the little things I do daily, not just work stuff. The morning coffee routine, the way I tie my shoes, the same two mile walk every evening. All those tiny repeated actions add up to something bigger than we realize. It's like the small habits are what make us who we are, not the big one time events.

Did you always feel that way? I used to think it was the big moments, the major life events that really shaped me, but honestly watching how my own boring habits stack up over time made me switch my thinking. Now I see it's those daily repetitions, not the flashy stuff, that actually build who you are.
