Watched a guy install crown molding upside down for 2 hours in a house off Maple Street
Was doing cabinet installs in a new build in Franklin last month and the trim guy next door had his crown flipped. He was fighting it the whole time, cussing at the miters. I finally walked over and showed him the spring angle on my phone, he had it backwards on a 5 inch crown. It matters because half the guys coming up now learn from YouTube and never get shown the profile against a square first, how do you all train new people on the basics like this?
