TIL that keeping a running brain dump page fixed my journaling for good
I always thought a brain dump page in my bujo was just a messy waste of a spread, like why write down random junk with no date or checkbox? Then last month I missed two library due dates and a dentist appointment in the same week, so I finally gave it a shot on the back page of my March setup. Turns out all that random stuff I never write down (oil change, call mom, that one project idea) actually lives somewhere now instead of bouncing around my head. My daily logs got shorter too, since I stopped cramming every thought into them. Anyone else keep a brain dump spread, and do you clear it weekly or just let it fill up?
