Overheard a coffee shop barista say simple spreads work better than fancy layouts
She said her bullet journal got way more useful when she stopped drawing elaborate weekly spreads and just used basic lists. I tried it this month and my house keys are actually staying in one spot now-anyone else find simpler setups more reliable?

Totally agree with that barista. My own bullet journal got way more reliable when I ditched the colorful calendar spreads and just kept a running to-do list. Simple really does win out in the end, doesn't it?

Gave up on bullet journals entirely last month and now I just scribble reminders on napkins.
