My water tracking experiment in my bujo: game changer or time waster?
I started adding a daily water tracker to my bullet journal last month. It helped me drink more water and feel more energetic. But drawing the cups each day got boring and slowed my morning routine. What do you all think, is detailed habit tracking like this helpful or just extra work?

Ngl the detailed tracker helps at first but it always burns me out. Switched to a single box for "water goal met" and it works just as well. Honestly the simpler system is the only one I've stuck with.

Ugh, I totally get that! Seeing the progress really does make you drink more. But yeah, drawing all those cups sounds like a chore that would kill the fun. Maybe a simpler checkmark could keep the good part without the extra work.

Honestly @janac51, that's a good point about just using a checkmark. Have you actually tried a simple paper tracker on your fridge, or do you always end up using an app instead? I feel like the easier it is to see, the better it works.
