I always thought monthly spreads were a waste of space until last week

I tried a horizontal monthly layout across two pages for March and it actually helped me see the whole month at once. Before I was just flipping back and forth between weekly pages and missing stuff. Anyone else find a layout that surprised them?

Vertical monthly layouts changed everything for me, I was always a weekly person too. Tried a horizontal one once but it felt cramped, the vertical gives me room to write actual notes under each day. That surprise factor is real, I never thought I'd be a monthly layout person but now I'm experimenting with a future log because of it. Do you stick to that horizontal setup or are you already tweaking it?
