Figured out sleep tracking in my bullet journal. Made a huge difference.

Hell yeah, that's so smart. I tried tracking my sleep in my bujo last month and it was wild to actually see the patterns on paper. Made me fix my bedtime way faster than any app ever did lol. Something about writing it down just hits different.
