The checkout lady at Kroger in Dayton showed me how she saves $60 a month on groceries
I was behind a woman at the Kroger on Smithville Road last Tuesday and she had two carts, one full of stuff and one mostly empty. She told me she shops the sales first, then uses the second cart to hold back anything that is not on her list, and puts it all back on the shelf before she checks out. I tried it twice now and saved $43 both trips, so has anyone else done the two cart thing or found a better trick?
