Realized I've been paying $4.50 for airport water bottles like an idiot
Used to grab a plastic bottle at Hudson News every time I flew out of O'Hare. One layover in Denver last month I watched a guy fill his Nalgene at a drinking fountain and it hit me. Now I just bring an empty metal flask through security and fill it at any sink inside. Has anyone else found a good spot to fill up that doesn't feel sketchy?

$4.50 for a water bottle? That's highway robbery, I can't believe they get away with that. I started bringing an empty Hydro Flask through and fill it at those water bottle stations near the gates, way less sketchy than a bathroom sink.

Those water bottle filling stations near the gates are a solid find. Do those things ever actually get cleaned or are we all just trusting the airport on that one?
