My bulk rice purchase almost ruined dinner night, check your bags BEFORE you store them

Last Tuesday I bought a 20 pound bag of rice from the bulk bin at the WinCo on 82nd because it was 30% cheaper than the boxed stuff. Got home, dumped half into my big plastic container, and set the rest in the pantry. Three days later I opened that container to make dinner and the whole thing was crawling with tiny weevils. Turns out the bulk bin scoop was sitting in a bag that had a tear, and I never inspected the bottom before buying. Now I check every single bag over a bright light in the parking lot and I freeze all rice for 48 hours before storing. Has anyone else had luck with a specific brand or store that actually checks their bulk bins regularly?
