Went from 2 rubber duck races to 40 racers in 6 months, here's what I wish I knew before building a track
Started racing ducks down my gutter spout in April, just me and my neighbor's kid, now I've got 40 people and a 22 foot PVC track in my backyard. The ducks stopped floating straight after week 3 because the cheap ones from the dollar store have hollow bottoms that fill up, so I switched to weighted bath ducks from a toy shop in Portland and that fixed everything. Anyone else running duck races find a way to stop the water from pooling at the finish line?
