Tried a brand voice doc vs a one page cheat sheet and the cheat sheet won
Last week my roofer buddy asked me to look over his brand voice guide and it was a 40 page deck nobody on his crew ever opened. I rewrote it as a single page with 5 do and 5 don't lines taped inside the truck, and now his guys actually use it. Anyone else find that a short cheat sheet beats a big brand book?
