Why does nobody warn you that the audiobook of The Martian cuts an entire chapter?
My buddy Dave caught this at his place in Portland when we were comparing our copies after a long drive. He pulled up chapter 12 in his paperback and I had zero memory of it because the audiobook version I own skips it completely. I get that adaptations trim stuff, but an audiobook is supposed to be the same book, right? Has anyone else run into a version that quietly drops whole sections like this?
