Hit 100 games in my collection this weekend and now I'm wondering if that's hoarding or dedication
I just crossed 100 board games on my shelf and honestly I'm split. Half of me feels like a champ, like I've built this awesome library for game nights. The other half looks at the stack of unplayed Kickstarters in the corner and wonders if I'm just collecting cardboard. My buddy says 100 is just the start, but my wife gave me the look. What's the number where it stops being a hobby and starts being a problem? Does it even matter as long as you play them?

Draw the line at 150, that way you can look your wife dead in the eye and say "at least I'm not that guy." In my experience the real problem isn't the number, it's when you start alphabetizing by publisher instead of playing the games. I've seen collections three times that size where every box gets opened regularly, and 30 game libraries that gather dust.

Ha straight up, the publisher alphabetizing thing is a whole different level of hoarding.
