Had a Tuesday where 4 walk-ins in a row all had the same snapped derailleur hanger, coincidence or is something going around?
Two schools of thought here: either it's just dumb luck and I should stop reading into it, or there's something about how folks are shifting under load on these newer 12 speed setups that's quietly chewing through hangers, and I want to hear which side you all land on.

Four snapped hangers on a Tuesday is the kind of thing that happens to me on the one day I leave my spare hanger at home. Funny how that works. Last time I saw a streak like that, three guys in a row had all been bashing their mechs on the same rock garden and blaming the parts. Could be a run of bad luck, or could be that 12 speed stuff just folds if you shift while grinding up a hill. I'd check if all four were on the same brand before blaming the groupset.
