Stopped at a farm stand near Lancaster and their corn trick is genius
I was grabbing sweet corn at this little stand off Route 30 and the guy running it showed me they keep the husks on until right before cooking, then microwave 2 ears for 4 minutes. No shucking mess, no pot of boiling water, and honestly the corn came out perfect. Anyone else tried microwaving corn in the husk or am I late to this?
