Unpopular opinion: Skipping stretches before a long smoke is a bad idea
My knees started aching after ignoring warm-ups. Now I do quick stretches and feel way better.

Oh man, I'm glad you found some relief. Just a heads up, sometimes when a back problem is really bad, doing stretches without knowing the cause can make it worse. It's probably a good idea to check with a doctor or a physical therapist first. They can tell you exactly what's going on and give you the right exercises.

Guess my body decided to teach me the same lesson, jake377. Skipping warm-ups is a great way to hear your joints complain loudly later. A few quick stretches now saves a lot of whining.
