Warning: That glowing client review made me lazy about trims

I had a client last month in Austin who kept saying my fades were perfect every visit. I stopped double checking the neckline with a mirror before they left. Then she came back 4 days later with a picture showing a tiny patch I missed near the ear. I changed my routine to always do a final pass with a #0 outline and hand them a mirror before they get up. Anyone else get complacent after too many compliments and slip up on the small stuff?
