Switched from a straight razor to a shavette back in March, my hot towel shaves got way faster
Used to spend 20 minutes stropping and honing my straight before every hot towel shave. Now I just snap a fresh blade into the shavette and I'm done in 12. Didn't think I'd like it but a guy at the supply shop on 5th in Columbus talked me into trying one. My wrists thank me at the end of a Saturday. Any of you still keeping the strop out, or did you make the switch too?
