The 'So Bad It's Good' movie night rule my buddy swears by
My friend said if I stop pausing to complain about plot holes and just wait for the terrible CGI fight scene, I'd enjoy Blood Shark vs. Lava Croc way more, and after the third rewatch last Friday, he was spot on, so what's the worst movie you've shown someone who hated it at first?

...and honestly that's the whole trick with these movies. You gotta stop treating them like they're trying to be good and start treating them like a theme park ride where every scene is just another drop. The first time I forced my buddy to watch Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus he spent the whole time yelling about the shark jumping out the water like it was a physics exam or something. Second time I told him to just count how many times the shark somehow jumps higher than the last time and he was all in by the end. Some movies just work better when you set a stupid goal for yourself, like finding the worst green screen or the most ridiculous explosion. It's not about lowering your standards, it's about aiming them at something completely different.
