I finally regretted introducing 'Battlefield Earth' to my coworkers.
We had a lazy Friday at the office and I put it on... big mistake. Half the team left early, and the other half just complained. My boss gave me a weird look all week. Seriously, be careful before sharing a 'bad' movie at work... it can ruin your credibility.

Man, I used to think bad movie nights were harmless fun. But seeing it backfire at work like that makes me get it now. That kind of thing can totally wreck how people see you.

Honestly it's not just about bad taste, it's about showing bad judgment in a shared space. Like nina_bennett said, it wrecks how people see you because now you're the person who thought that was okay for work. Tbh picking a movie for the office says more about your social sense than your film taste.
